I was wondering if anyone else had this problem, we've not had much luck with Samsung as they are refusing to repair. We are still well within our 5 year warranty.
We had a slight banging noise on the tumble, honestly it may have always been there, not paid much attention but decided to reach out for help. They sent someone out who said, the drum was cracked and the PCB board was also cracked.
Samsung have refused to repair as they say this has happened due to improper use. I asked them to clarify what that might be but they said perhaps we dropped it. It hasn't moved since it was delivered.
The third party company they use has quoted £500 to repair, which obviously isn't worth it, it cost £800.
Has anyone else had experience of cracking/split drums? Anyone had any luck with Samsung warranty and what to do if they refuse to repair?
