Battery charging problem after UI 7 Android 15 update

Hello All,

I am a Samsung S23 user, the charging situation is getting worst.... the graphics says it is connected to super fast charging and would charge in 1 hour... but the % doesn't move even after 30 mins ...it still remains at 5% charge... 

This is right after the new UI 7, android version 15 update.

The customer service is very bad and points us to basis outdated troubleshooting steps.

…. do you have the same problem ?? Has anyone found a solution ?

Hello i suggest reset your phone. But before save your data with Smartswitch or Samsung Cloud, and one drive for pictures and videos
