Have you tried to reset your monitor software to factory settings and try agian with update? Sometimes updates can have caused bug or something else that reset can often fix. Have you also followed recommended steps how to update?
If none of this works, contact samsung support or the store where you did buy it from for checking the hardware. This happends Sometimes for anyone.
