Odyssey G5 G55C (LS27CG552EUXUF) Update file not found

I'm trying to get to the newest firmware on my monitor but it says:

"No update files found on your USB device"

Model Code: LS27CG552EUXUF

Software Version: M-C5500GGZA-1001.0

I tried formating my USB (FAT32), unplugging the monitor waiting and plugging it back in without removing the USB, tried using different USBs but I couldn't find a fix (file name:M-T5500GGZA-1009.1[EA0F].Bin)

I downloaded it here from the Samsung website it should be the newest one

I really hope someone here can help me out I am totally lost

Below you will find the latest available FW for the specified model.

Also note that if you have a USB stick that is too large, it can cause problems.
We recommend that you stick to a USB memory that is 32GB or less.

I'm trying to update my G5 monitor's software to the latest one I downloaded the latest one on Samsung's website but it still says no update file found
