Hello,

Have an HP prodesk 600 G6 desktop mini pc computer with Samsung s24e450 screen with Windows 10. Regardless of the scale and layout settings, the image resolution does not fit the screen, i.e. the taskbar and desktop icons are not fully visible. When I press the auto button on the screen, nothing happens at all. See photo below.

Is there anything else that can be done to fix it? Super grateful for help as it is very annoying when the image does not fit the screen.

Best regards Lovisa

Hej,

Mvh Lovisa

Hi LolloW08!
Unfortunately, we can never guarantee compatibility with third-party products and thus we can never guarantee that it works as desired.

We recommend that you try connecting with a different cable

You can also review the screen image size by clicking on the menu button - picture - image size - Auto / wide

Should this not remedy your perceived problem, we recommend that you contact Microsoft directly for further assistance, as we unfortunately do not have support for Windows.
