Anyone else getting an error for this when clicking redeem?

Article itself suggests you should get a code... but I've had it spinning fpr a while & then Error 4112 & 5000 appear.

Yeah I am getting the same issue, anyone find a fix?
Plus now I cant even find the screen that has the redeem now buttom.
