Is anyone else having a problem with the redeem, I don't have the skin and definitely haven't used the code before

(Also its not just me seems to be an issue for many on twitter)

Idk what happened (I accessed the deal through a twitter promo and it didn't work) when my bf and my mum accessed it via the app it worked so not sure if using someone else's link is bugging it
