It is always a good idea after a major platform update such as yours, to wipe your device's cache partition as follows...
See if that and repairing your apps, helps.

It is the wiping of the cache partition and repairing apps which I mentioned, that are important.

After wiping the cache partition, check with Memory Guardian again.
