In regards to opening up of apps timeframe that is pretty quick however you can try this troubleshooting step >
Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
In regards to the fingerprint scanner some people with dry skin can have less success at the scanner recognising the fingerprint when it cones to an under screen BiometricsScanner , me included.
I take x2 scans of the same thumbprint which appears to improve the success rate @Hepsonnn
People who apply a screen protector can be affected however there is an extra display sensatativity that can be applied.
On my Fold³ the fingerprint scanner on the power button worked flawlessly.
It's my wish that Samsung apply the fingerprint Biometrics to the power button of flagship phones 🙏
In regards to face unlock there are extra settings that can be applied such as alternative appearance.
