There are multiple threads on the issue of damaged screens on foldable devices.
Samsung devices have unique software embedded which enables their tech specialists to ascertain the history of the device, whether it has been dropped and what damage may be under the hood. If there is the slightest damage, even if it doesn't appear relevant to the fault, Samsung will likely reject the warranty claim.
I'm not sure the point about using the Members App, Feedback option here. This is a straight "my device is damaged" question, not about software that people might want to see / not see.
