My z fold 6 has developed a massive problem. I open my phone yesterday and my screen bubbled up. Now the left side of the screen has completely come away and shut down. I have never dropped or been heavy handed with this. The phone is only 5 month old. Will samsung repair this under warrny.

There are multiple threads on the issue of damaged screens on foldable devices.

Samsung devices have unique software embedded which enables their tech specialists to ascertain the history of the device, whether it has been dropped and what damage may be under the hood. If there is the slightest damage, even if it doesn't appear relevant to the fault, Samsung will likely reject the warranty claim.

I'm not sure the point about using the Members App, Feedback option here. This is a straight "my device is damaged" question, not about software that people might want to see / not see.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Just a quick update. Took my z fold 6 to samsung store in Stratford today with the issue with my inside screen. Was a waste of time. They tried to tell me I had damaged it. Even the fact there is no scratch chips or anything on the phone. Absolutely rubbish. How can samsung get away with this. The phone clearly has a faulty screen. They even tried to tell me maybe I tried to remove the screen protector. Considering that's still attached and it's never been tampered with. Wanted me to pay £529 f9r a replacment. Not going to happen. Why give warrnty if your not going to stick buy it.

Going to take this up with samsung customer service again.
