My Z FOLD 4 factory fitted screen protector has started to lift from the screen in the last few days, I purchased direct from SAMSUNG. I understand SAMSUNG will replace it at no charge .. How do I go about getting it done and what is the process ? Can it be done in a SAMSUNG store ?

You would have to contact Samsung Customer Support to arrange a repair.
You can ask about getting it repaired in a participating Samsung Store or Experience Store. They can arrange the booking
