Hello,
my Z fold 4 has a black screen when unfolded, this has been since the latest update to OneUI, I've tried wiping the cache from Recovery Mode, when I run the Graphics Test OneUI reports "error" at the end of the test. Can I roll back the update?

No ......once the software update has been downloaded and accepted onto the phone there isn't a way via the native settings in the phone to rollback.
I'd suggest to contact Samsung directly via your Samsung Members App i.e send feedback and kr let a Samsung Service Centre have hands on.

I've been having this issue too since updating OneUI today too, inner screen totally doesn't work, and nothing seems to fix it. Hoping an update or something can help?

Im facing same problem start yesterday after update to uo 6.1.1. Inner screen not working. But when i power it off. And charging it. Charging icon popup on inner screen
It comfirm inner screen still working.

The problem isn't the flex cable. When the screen is off, manually resetting it turns it back on, proving the flex is fine. As identified by a user from Mexico, the issue likely involves the frame magnet and the Hall sensor. To test this yourself: if your phone screen is off when opened, place a magnet near the upper area as demonstrated here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tiwcjCa4xP0

My phone got the black line after update my phone already had been back 3 times before for the black line. I'm done they said they would fix for free than said the phone was dropped, it wasn't. I had my company stopped buying from Samsung after that.
One of the largest companies in the world, they didn't know that at the time. $2800.00 is way too much to have in a phone. We have bought products and phones elsewhere and are very happy. This phone is going in a draw with my Samsung watch and not to Samsung there reps lied to me over and over again. Spend your money elsewhere. My people get big discounts from Apple now directly.
