Hi @stuv72 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋
Phone's supplied by a network will have their own specific CsC on them which may determine when your phone will recieve an update. That said your phone should have updated by now.
You could have a word with your network customer services however they may just say it's Samsung that pushes the updates out.
A good tip is to insert a non o2 sim card in the phone just to see if that will instigate the update.
Software updates are sent out in waves as not to crash Samsungs servers.
A very last resort could be to back up and factory reset to see if that triggers an update.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
