If you're planning on keeping it, then get it properly inspected at your nearest Samsung centre.

If you soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On does that help ?

If not then a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre would need to assess the phone.

Same happens to all of them and it will stop working. Unfortunately Samsung doesn't admit the fault. I wasted £1400 on that rubbish. Absolutely disgusting
