the way I do it on my a20 is to take two corners of the video and move your fingers outwards dunno if it's the same on the folds but it's worth a try

If you take a look a little bit better you can see that double screen size is not bringing you a much bigger video to watch. Example vs 6.3 inch screen (some phone near me)

So with some Note 20, S20+ (6.7inch) or Note 20 Ultra (6.9inch) you can get the same size of the youtube video.

Maybe in future if everyone changes the video aspect ratio from 16:9 to 4:3 maybe this kind of screen can be more useful.

Here is an update about the size of a youtube video. This is comparison with Note 20 Ultra (6.9inch size)

Once again this is because video content is 16:9 aspect ratio optimized for all devices like TV, laptop or "normal" smartphones. So in many cases watching video, you can't use the full potential of this Z Fold 2 screen...
