I am really looking for some help/advice on this one before I need to take this further.
I've had Samsung devices for many years and this is the first time I've ever had to use the repair process. I have a Z Flip 4 and the screen began to come away from the hinge meaning that you couldn't open the device.
I received notification from the repair company (Samsung arranged collection) that the device is not repairable under warranty despite me having it since August 2022. I queried this and received word back that the screen cannot be repaired due to the back camera being cracked. They then provided an image which doesn't really show anything at all.
So, in a nutshell, they won't repair the hinge issue because the back camera is cracked?
I've attached the photo for you to also have a look at.
Any help would be great!

Thanks for replying, appreciate it!
The repair centre have confirmed the only thing invalidating the warranty at this point is the scratch/crack on the camera lens.
