Z Flip 6 touch screen not working after update

Not sure if its related to the latest update, but after I did it all my settings had reverted back including the predictive text. Not only this but my touchscreen keeps being unresponsive! There is nothing I can do to make it work apart from keep trying to unlock and lock it. Ive had the phone just over a year now so shouldn't expect it to be doing this. Anyone else having this issue? Should I take into store?

Absolutely having this issue following an update.  Unfortunately, my nearest Samsung store is over 100 miles away so not an option. Phone will now not work at all on home screen, its simply black and unresponsive. Soft reset does not work. Phone is less than 6 months old and has been very well cared for but is now totally useless.

I took it into store and they changed the screen. It was due to a trapped 'nerve' in the hinge. They were really helpful and it was under warranty still so was free of charge as it was still in good condition. They also shipped the phone back to me, so you wouldn't need to travel there and back again.
