I am a samsung user since 2014, but i am very disappointed .My phone wifi wont turn on .the button remains grey .i have tried using in safe mode , tried removing cache , restored factory settings .couldnt back up lots of stuff because wifi wont work and heavy files were not compatible with mobile data .
well is there any accountability for that ?I am disturbed . and when u will go for repair they will ask extra £200 , while i paid £1500 for this phone .Samsung is launching new phones and not paying attention on the faults of pevious models .where to complain about that ? i am a loyal customer of samsung for ages , is there any compensation for such loss ? does samsung seem to care for its customers ?

Samsung provide a 14 day cooling off period if a person isn't happy or something isn't working as it should if the phone was supplied by them directly.
After the 14 days then it's a Repair @sanasidab

I too have had this problem on my Fold 3 for about a week now. I've tried everything but factory reset, which I am hesitant to do. There was a software update after I noticed Wifi not turning on, but it did not resolve the issue.
