None of the features on my phone are working for almost 2 weeks cant get sansumg or t-Mobile to fix it hours and hours this is the worst service i have had in a long time.it's there anyone that can figure out why none of my services work just LTE

Hi, for me, when I have more than a couple of issues, I always back up my device & just do a factory reset.
It usually fixes all the issues.

Hi @Frankie300 , We can see if we can spot something that may have been missed to get to the bottom of the mystery for you and help sort it - but we'll need more info to go on, e.g.:

 

What model phone do you have?

Did it all work fine previously? 

Which country are you based in?

What have you and the various people at Samsung and T-Mobile tried already? 

Also, a fuller description of what you're trying to do with your phone. (I'm guessing from your topic title it's to do with connectivity, but it would be good to know more about what you're trying to connect to and how you're trying to do it.)
