Hello.
I'm having some issues with my computer when connecting my Z Flip 3 AND S22 Ultra. The error message states that the USB Device is not recognized, with the error code being:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
A device which does not exist was specified.
Now here's the puzzling thing - I know for a fact that it's not my phone because I connected it to my laptop (another computer) and it is able to detect and popup. I used the exact same cable (original Samsung USB-A to USB-C) on the laptop as the one on the PC, and again it worked. Furthermore, if I changed the USB mode from File Transfer to Image Transfer, the phone pops up, but obviously I can only transfer images and not files. PLUS this issue isn't happening to my Tab A7 Lite.
Now I've deleted Smart Switch, DeX, drivers, installed it back etc etc, done all the things that are recommended here, and I'm no close to solving this issue. My only clue that this is an issue with Windows is because after the problem occurred, I have swapped my PC motherboard & CPU thinking that the problem would go away, but it didn't. Nobody in the Windows support forums knows about the issue, so does anybody here have any inkling of what's the problem here?

I have done this, but the problem persists.
