That is for UI3....Android 11.
The UK does have betas, I have had the last three I think all on flagship Note devices. Depending on your operator just make sure that yours is unlocked, it should be anyway being dual sim as otherwise you would not be able to put a different operator sim in it and defeats the purpose of having dual sim right. If not unlocked then just request an unlock code from your operator, I'm pretty sure they have to give it to you. I'm on O2 and mine was Network Unlocked out the box.

You can download via the details above but I would just wait a little while and join the beta via this Members app. Keep in mind that if you use Good Lock that it will not work after the update AFAIK. I'm going to hold out until Good Lock is available for it as I use it extensively.

The phone is unlocked I bought it direct from Samsung. I think I am already registered as a beta tester. So I think I might just have to wait for my network to release it

That's great but you will not be registered. You have to register for each beta as it comes out. Just keep an eye at the top of this app when you open it. You will have a banner where you go and register and then within seconds you will be able to download it via the normal software update menu item in settings. I also read that some people are not able to see the banner in the US but it is available under the 'benefits' link so look under there occasionally just in case.
For unlocked phones the betas do not come via your provider, they are direct from the Samsung servers.
I'm waiting for it now also as found out that Good Lock is available even though not all bits are working, think I'll take the risk lol.
