Hi all,
As my screen name suggests, I am a sailor. I recently got back to the UK and installed the most recent software updates. A few days later my phones blutooth started to stop working. In addition the back near the camera lenses got quite hot. I tried a restart and it got stuck in a boot loop. I tried safe mode, clear cache, factory reset still nothing. I have noticed that more than a few had this issue and wonder if someone found a fix?
Cheers all

Hi, and welcome to the community
Please try the below troubleshooting methods.
●RESET
Settings >general management >Reset>Reset wifi and Bluetooth settings
●Cache partition wipe
Plug into a working PC or laptop or other Samsung device
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/
● Hard reset
With the device powered up, Hold the Volume down button and Power button simultaneously for 10 seconds. The screen will go off. Continue to hold buttons until the device vibrates and the Samsung logo appears. Release buttons. Device will reboot. Once done, please check if the issue is resolved.

Yep, tried all of that. Once I finish on ship I will probably have to take it to a service centre
