Hello All!
Very first maybe complicated post on here but, hopefully I am in the right place, ended up dropping my ZFlip 5 and messing up the inner screen so it is no longer usable. I was sent a replacement with my carrier's insurance, however my texts messages have not transferred as I do not have a backup for this past month. I can currently only use the cover screen on my old Flip 5, so I am unable to install any text transferring apps and I do not think I can create a new Google backup from the cover screen. Trying to get my work related conversations back on my new phone before sending in my old device back.
