Confirmed by samsung to be fine , I have taken off the inner screen protector.

Confirmed by samsung chat and also 2 phonecalls , does not void warranty and the screen is so much better

I'm glad things have worked out for you with this choice you've made to remove the factory fitted screen protector.

Personally I prefer to have at least a version appplied to protect the screen from dust , debris , accidental drops and in the case of the Fold³ fingernails.
