I’ve got three green line on my flip 3 and tried the test code nothing changed. What do I do pls ?

I'm sorry to hear your experiencing issues with your phone. 😔
If using the colour test panels via dialing *#0*#
in the phone's dialer does not help ,then please make an appointment with your nearest Samsung Service Centre / Samsung Experience Store for the phone to be assessed.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

Hi @88s If the code does not help tends to indicate a hardware issue. you could visit a service centre/Experience store as suggested, another option is to go throgh the Troubleshooting steps on Samsung Support. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/
select your product and phone model -Buttons, Screen, Display and Accessories - Display on your device - Colours, backlight and appearance --My screen has a line (or lines) on the Display.
