Go to Galaxy Store - tap menu - my apps - then should get screen with tabs at the top for " Apps " " Games " and " Themes " Tap Themes and should get a list of all the ones you bought

Thank you for replying but I've done that an I can only view my receipt of purchase nothing in downloads

When I go in it lists all the themes showing purchase date and amount paid ( or free ) If I then tap on an individual theme in the list I then get option to Apply it if it is currently downloaded to my phone or option to Download if is not currently on my phone ( without having to pay again )
