I am with 3 and all of a sudden I cannot receive text messages, anyone else had similar issues.

Probably a question for your network really to see if there are any issues.

Are you using SMS or RCS?
What is your network signal like?

There was a network issue a few days ago... 3 amongst other networks had the same issue in parts of the country!
