Scrolling stops almost immediately in every app that has scrolling.

I have to quit the app and then restart. It then works for a few scrolls and stops again. This is on both the cover and inner screens. Phone was updated to latest firmware today and touch sensitivity is on and it still happens.

Hmmm...
Do you have good Internet connection?
Are the apps updated?
Is the phone software up to date?
Are you using Device Care and Good Guardians to optimise your phone?
You can also restart your phone or perform wipe cache partition from recovery mode. You can also use the phone in safe mode to find out which app is causing this. This kind of lag usually happens if the Internet connection is weak or the memory is overwhelmed.

Every app is up to date as is the phone. WiFi connection is full signal at 500Mb/s. Memory is at 7.1 GB/12GB. I will try a cache wipe.

Hello @TerraRazor , Could it perhaps be due to the way in which you hold your phone and scroll, scrolling with your thumb (sideways) might cause the touchscreen to be activated in 2 places at once, which in most cases would stop scrolling. It could also be due to the way you are holding the device. Clasping the device too tightly can cause the touch input to stop functioning normally, as once again 2 touch inputs are registered. To prevent this it is highly advised to hold the phone with 2 hands at once, using one hand to hold the phone, ensuring that your palms do not come into contact with the corners of the screen, and using the other hand to interact with the phone. I hope this helps. 🙂

I wiped the phone cache and all data for the offending apps and all is normal now
