  • Cannot take a screenshot on my flipz3 the post on YouTube says hold the power button and volume buttons down all that does is power the phone off. The post says you should here a click within two seconds. I have to say I regret buying my flipz3 it the worst samsung phone I've ever bought. I will never buy another samsung flip phone again. You cannot even upgrade the memory because there's no sd card slot

You need to press the Volume down and side key together, then release quickly. works well on the Z flip6 for me. Other options is enable tasks in the edge panel. Or you can add the take screen shot button to the quick settings. Or you can use palm swipe to capture screen shot.1730563060275.jpg1730563060300.jpg1730563232985.jpg

Hello @Members_3mRVjEh and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👍

Have a look at >

And https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/blog/screenshot/how-to-screenshot-on-z-flip-3

Top tier Samsung phone's haven't come with a sd card slot for a number of years now.

People are advised to choose the largest internal storage capacity they can afford ,and then use online vaults that are available if necessary.

There a re quite a few to choose from.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎
