The way I take a screenshot is to simultaneously hold down the volume button and power button at the same time. 

I find the palm option sometimes a bit tricky.

yesterday was working by palm swipe fine but today stopped working suddenly. I still can use the buttons but not palm swipe which was much better and easier for me.

After a few restarting became fine. Now I can screenshot by palm swipe again. was it some kind of glich? Idk I am happy with my phone again ☺

I use nav star in goodlock which gives me an on screen screen capture button, lot easier than palm swiping or pressing several buttons while chanting a spell.............
