Screen won't turn on after unfolding

Since updating the software to the latest version (about 1-2 months ago) my phone won't turn on after unfolding it for up to two minutes. The screen stays blank and unresponsive. Is there a way to fix this? Ice cleared cache and tried restarting several times.

Hey @Robyn04. When the screen turns black or blank, can you still hear any sounds coming from the phone? Is there any noticeable damage to the screen? I'd suggest that you plug the phone in to charge when this happens again, then try a soft reset. This can be done by pressing and holding the Power and Volume Down buttons for 10 seconds, and if a warning pops up, press the Volume Down button.

There's no damage and restarting it does nothing.
