@Maxvd: Is your screen going black while accessing a certain app or feature, or is it random? If the green line is still visible, then please open the Phone app > Dial *#0*# into the Keypad > Select Red, Green and Blue from the series of grey tiles. Is the line visible in any of these tests?

@Maxvd I'd advise going back to ee as they supplied the phone so as the merchant they have a Duty of Care to look after you.
That said a Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone too.

Hi, my flip 4 is also having same issues, no damage of any kind or drop.
It turning off and on randomly, i think this is some calibration issue of magnet sensor which dectects that phone is in flip mode and turns off the main display.
