Samsung Zfold 4, after update inner screen touch is not working

Hello everyone,

Today, I updated the software and discovered that the touch functionality on my inner screen is not working. The display is showing videos and transferring the screen from the front, but the touch is unresponsive. As a result, I am unable to control or change anything on the inner display. So please guide me how to resolve the issue.

You could try just a reboot, hold volume down and power button together until device powers down. Or try wiping the devices cache partition in recovery mode. if neither of these steps work, go to support within the members app. Diagnostics, check for any faults.

Unfortunately your not alone in this happening after a software update. 

Please perform a forum search to find similar threads to yours.

 So, the inner screen is not responsive to touch, but you should run diagnostics to see if the touch is not working, great.
