Samsung Z Series - Any Phone/Condition Trade In

I may upgrade my wife's ZFlip3 to a ZFlip5, but the trade-in is £330, whereas any phone/condition will give me £200 as a trade-in, so I would prefer to keep the ZFlip3.

Question - The phone i want to trade in, is my old mint S6 Edge, but one problem i cannot remember the account i used so cannot get past the reactivation, is that still acceptable?

You will have to factory reset the phone before sending it in.
If they cannot get into the phone to see the IMEI numbers. It will probably be rejected
Just carefully read the terms and conditions of the promotion to see first

Thanks I can power it in just stuck in the login screen.
IMEI and Serial number are onnthe back of thr device.

No they won't accept it, all activation locks must be removed they will just send that straight back to you.

If you are in the U.K. @Obsydian, EE are advertising that they will give £576 trade-in on any Fold or Flip, "in any condition"

I am with EE, will check in the app as that just gave £30 a month but more upfront and still £50 monthly for a decent plan.

Found it, after 10mins told my flip3 gets me £24 a month off a £86 plan 🤣
