The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has a noticeable camera housing compared to other Samsung phones.
Rumors suggest that it may have a 200MP rear-facing primary camera, which could explain the prominent camera bump.
The phone is also expected to feature an upgraded 5MP Under-Panel Camera embedded in the foldable screen.
Another distinctive feature of the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is its brushed metal look, although it is unclear if the back panel is genuine brushed metal or a glass panel with a brushed metal-like finish.
It is also uncertain if this will be the only Special Edition color option, and if there are others, there is no information on whether they all have a brushed metal design or if this is a unique feature, similar to the Galaxy Z Fold 6's Crafted Black color, which is the only one with a carbon fiber look.
Finally, the leaked photograph demonstrates that, overall, the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition appears quite similar to the Fold 6, with the exception of the camera housing and a slimmer profile. It also possesses a flat frame and a somewhat square-like appearance, akin to the Fold 6.
The SE foldable is rumored to have a wider aspect ratio compared to the Fold 6, although it is challenging to discern from this photograph captured at an angle.
Regrettably, Samsung may potentially release the phone in a limited number of markets, and prospective buyers residing in the Western Hemisphere may not have the opportunity to acquire it. The Fold Special Edition is anticipated to be officially launched later this month.

I personally applaud all phone's and devices that continue to push the boundaries of this sector.
If a phone isn't available natively in a region then if it's a device that's truly ended then there's always a way to import etc as long as one accepts any caveats.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
