Will be glad to anyone who can assist.
the screen jus remains black..and each time i tried to restart, the front will be load with this picture "halfway updating software".

Yeap. tried but the smart switch prompted "failed to connect device"..
upon which, i tried the emergency software recovery. also, nada. =(

Something may have glitched during the download @1sse7 so I'd suggest a Samsung Service Centre / Samsung Experience Store visit.
