I tried connecting my Z Fold 4 to my computer, but it doesn't show as charging. However, when I connect it to a power source, it does show as charging. The problem is, when I turn it on while it's charging, it gets stuck on the Samsung Galaxy logo. If I remove the charger, the phone turns off immediately.
What could be the issue with my phone?

Hello @junvilgarcia and I'd like to extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋
Yes it could be an issue with the phone and or maybe debris that's built up in the charging port. Use a torch to check the usb-c port please.
Did the phone charge up OK using the computer before the update 🤔
If that's Clear lf debris then please try >
Usb reset.
Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow, to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > Scroll down, and tap on 'USBSettings' > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data, then restart your device.
And
Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
There is also a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.
A final resort maybe is to back up if you can and Factory Reset.
A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.

Actually, the real problem is that my phone was working fine at first, but then it suddenly turned off for no apparent reason. I tried turning it back on, but it wouldn’t start. When I plugged in the charger, it showed 84% battery, but the percentage didn’t increase. Additionally, when I try to turn it on, it gets stuck on the Samsung Galaxy logo.
I searched online and read that I could try clearing the cache by following these steps:
However, when I connect my phone to the laptop using a USB cable, it doesn’t show that it’s charging.
Please help me because my work is on this device. 😞 These problems started after I upgraded to 6.1.1
