I live in the uk but not got the update and got a filp 5 but no update have to do it myself anyone esle have those problem

Was the phone supplied via a UK network @samfan3784  ?

I ask as some networks hold back updates while they test them to ensure the update does not clash with any of their network features,  and or apps.
