Hiya, I've just bought a phone with 1 year free Samsung care+. I cannot find anywhere how to register the insurance. Whenever I call the company, it says phone IMEI not found. Samsung on phone are next to useless and can't understand what I'm asking. Anyone got any ideas please?

Hi @Couvoussis  Try Members app,  get help- Care plus. A guide here https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-z-fold-z-flip/don-t-forget-to-register-free-samsung-care/... Alternatively know there was some trouble with Chrome in the past  on the  care Plus  site( some had had to use Ingonito mode), Samsung Browser seems  to be ok.

if you check Benefits on Samsung Members is there anything showing for Complimentary Samsung Care Plus? otherwise check here https://www.samsungcareplus.com/uk#/

Nothing there under benefits. Nowhere to register the 1 year cover

Think you may only have 30 days but seems you are within that limit. You could try Assurant https://claims.samsungcareplus.assurant.co.uk/pages/contact-us the online chat https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/

If you have bought it in store, you have to go in store to register it. Otherwise contact Assurant and they will sort it out for you.

I've tried. They don't recognise the IMEI.

Where did you buy it from?

Samsung store. Online. They keep referring me to Aliianz or Assurity. They can't find the IMEI number
