Recieved Google Play £100 Voucher - can't redeem

Received the £100 Google play voucher codes but get an error when trying to redeem, anyone else had this and managed to resolve the issue?

I received mine with the purchase of my Samsung Watch⁴ Classic and the code redeemed as it should @Dizzy82

If the usual clearing of cookies ,caches and using a different browser does not help then this is the help support page.
