Hi just wondered if anyone knows why Samsung want your bank account details for the claiming of a galaxy watch? Would be grateful for any insights

Seems strange - I claimed a Galaxy watch 4 after I bought the Flip 3 and was NOT asked for any bank details during the claim process. Think you might want to check it out with Samsung

Sounds like a scam to get your bank account details

Samsung never asks for bank details for claims. Probably a scam please contact Samsung regarding this.
