For some reason when I check the upgrade lounge my previous Loan agreement number for the phone I traded in for my Galaxy Fold 3 is still active.
I still haven't been sent my new Loan agreement number for my Fold 3.
I am worried that samsung in typical fashion will be absolutely useless in helping me. I've asked live chat to help and they still haven't got back to me.
I might just upgrade with my old phone - it let's me and I have already given them the phone back.
