Hello @9th and a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.  👋

I'm sorry to hear your phone will not charge via a charger ,or on a Wireless charger.

If I can pose the following questions please.

  • Are you using an original Samsung Charging Brick, and Samsung cable. If not then if you can you try and or another  plug and cord.
  • It is worth just checking inside the port with a torch for debris.
  • Usb reset.
    Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow, to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > Scroll down, and tap on 'USBSettings' > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data, then restart your device.
  • Has the phone been dropped or been in the rain ,or accidentally submerged ? If so leave it off to let it completely dry out.

What is concerning is that both options to charge is evident

Some troubleshooting steps are >

  • 1 . Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
  • 2. As a final resort Back Up and Factory Reset.
  • 3. Run the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.
