Galaxy Z Fold | Z FlipHi @mgutts75
Is Bluetooth turned On in your phone's settings and or toggled On when swiping down the notification shade ?
If so is your phone discoverable?
Long press on the Bluetooth toggle in your notification shade to open up it's control centre and tap on Scan.
If necessary clear the cache of your Bluetooth via Settings, Apps, Bluetooth, Storage, Clear Cache and if necessary clear Data.
If you don't see Bluetooth in the list of apps then press this icon......
And tap on show system apps and then look again for Bluetooth.
Also your phone has a built-in diagnostic tool in the Samsung Members App, GetHelp, Diagnostic.
This will check your Bluetooth.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra 256Gb in Phantom Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
