If you perform a forum search you should find existing threads with some further help within.
Look at troubleshooting steps such as > is this happening everywhere or in a particular place.
All contacts or a particular one.
Remove the sim card and gently wipe the chip and re insert.
Consider trying the alternative sim card slot.
Try your sim in another phone if available.
In Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections > Reboot your phone > Check if that helps.
Check in with your network's customer services just incase they are having an outage or network congestion.
