Try these as a starting point please.
I'm more than happy to share any settings / preference settings I have on my own Fold³ to try and help.
My phone is buttery smooth.
An extreme option is to factory reset but then don't set up your phone using a previous back up.
Done use Smartswitch.
Set up the phone e as new and use your Playstore MyLibrary to get your apps and clear their caches too.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
