Performance and over heating

My z fold 3 for the Past month has been extremely over heating and really bad kag from opening apps to typing to even just swiping to go home to the point my phone is about 3 frames per second and I need to restart and wait 10 mins before I can use it again and I don't have a clue why I have no stupid apps or optimisation problems it'd just feels like a radiator 24 7

Try uninsalling recent installed apps that could be causing the issue

Try these as a starting point please.

• Put the phone in Safe Mode which disables your downloaded app's but let's your stock app's keep working. If the issues stop then this highlights a downloaded app as the possible issue. Come out of Safe Mode and start deleting your most recent downloaded app's one at a time until it stops. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ 
• Clear your phone's System Cache Files by turning your phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phone's System Files and clear the cache. No information is lost this way. My phone is buttery smooth.

An extreme option is to factory reset but then don't set up your phone using a previous back up.

Done use Smartswitch. 

Set up the phone e as new and use your Playstore MyLibrary to get your apps and clear their caches too.
