outside screen not working Z fold 3

Hi everyone!

I bought a z fold 3 of a friend since its inner screen was broken everything was fine untill my little brother was playing with it since it seemed cool to him and then he pulled what was left of the inner screen and when he did that the phone restarted and the touchscreen dosent work anymore on the outside screen.

Anyone know a solution? Let me know! #zfold3

Hi @Andrej_271 it's going to need a repair, worth talking to Samsung Repairs (find it on the UK Homepage, search for repair), you will have to pay, but you get a quote from the repairer, depending how high maybe worth using it a a trade in broken phone.
