Hi, I have the Z fold 6 and haven't seen the banner for beta 2. 

All sources have said that the device is eligible, please help.

If you don't see the banner in the app you are not eligible, it wasn't even confirmed that Z series will get beta, beta 2 is only for S 24 series, if its going to be available for Z series you should look for official word from Samsung.
Look for news on developer page:
https://developer.samsung.com/one-ui-beta

Can you please show us all the sources saying your phone is eligible for the new Beta Programme please. 

As far as it's aware on this forum the Beta Programme is currently only for the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra.
