Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

First try to reset network settings.

You'll need to enter WiFi passwords again but mobile network app will update automatically.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Yes update recently.
Tried hard reset and network reset.
Looks to be a common issue with one ui 7.
Is there a new patch due out soon or can it be rolled back to previous version

If it suddenly stopped working due to the update, then it's likely it'll never work again.

I think your issues are related to software; I would suggest doing a clear cache partition to see if this will fix your connectivity issues with bluetooth and WI-FI.

To clear your phone's cache partition:

  1. Connect your phone to a PC.
  2. Turn off your phone (it won't enter Recovery Mode if it's on).
  3. Press and hold the Volume Up and Bixby/Power keys simultaneously.
  4. Once the Android Recovery screen appears, release both buttons.
  5. Use the Volume Down button to highlight "Wipe cache partition."
  6. Press the Power button to select it.
  7. Use Volume Down to highlight "Yes," then press Power to confirm.
  8. After the cache is cleared, press the Power button again to reboot your device.

If this doesn't fix your issue, you may have to wait for Samsung to drop a new update to patch this bug, have you ran a diagnostic to check all your hardware is fully functional.

Please make sure you sure send feedback to Samsung in the Member's app, under the support tab that's the diagnostic tool is also located.

Hi everyone!

Just had the SAME problem today and I fixed it!

So if all else fails (resetting WiFi settings etc)Try this, it's weird but worked for me

So it could be that the WiFi and Bluetooth chip aren't properly connected

Turn off your phone and start pressing the back and front of your phone with pressure from your fingers for around 2 minutes

After that you can turn it on and it should be fixed.

I had this issue on my Z fold 5 I just got, and got the Android 15 update on it. The wifi and BT started out working and then would cut out, and then back on after restart, but then off again. This happened with both Bluetooth and WiFi. I tried everything. Factory Resetting, developer options, nothing would work. I even thought it might be my modem and ended up spening 4 hours in the phone with xfinity trying to reset and update my modem. In the end, I was able to fix the problem by turning off a DNS setting that selected a "Secure" DNS server, and set it to stick with my Internet Service Providers DNS server. The BAM, everything worked and I haven't had an issue since, with either BT or Wifi. To do this fix go to connections, and below Wifi and Bluetooth, scroll down to "More Connections Settings". Then you will see VPN, Private DNS and Ethernet. Open Private DNS and select "OFF". The description under off says, "Use your networks default dns server...". That is the setting you want, as the issue is happening do to an incompatibility with the "Recommended DNS Secure server". And this doesn't mean your connection isn't secure. Your modem and ISP both have security in place to protect your connection. This makes you utilize your ISPs DNS server and not some other server.

This worked for my ZFold5, and I Hope it solves your issues. I had such trouble and so much time invested, that now that I've figured out this silly issue, I had to share. So I hope your issue is solved with the push of a button, before you spend 10 hours trying everything.;b Good luck all
