Hi there

Did you get your device direct from Samsung or did you buy from a network carrier?.

Only unlocked devices bought direct from Samsung are usually eligible for the beta programmes sadly.

Hi. I got it from Vodafone but I am in the UK and all phones are unlocked now I believe

It's unlocked in the sense that you can put any sim card in it, however it's a carrier device so may not be eligible as I believe it was only Samsung direct devices that are eligible.

"If", you meet all the criteria for beta testing Android 14, One UI 6.0, laid out in my earlier link in posts #2 & #4 and you are not seeing the enrolment banner in the Samsung Members app it will be because Samsung have closed the beta to new enrollees after the initial, full, Beta release.
